We provide three copies of a complete Title 24 report (or an electronic copy) that can be submitted with plans to the building department for a permit. Two copies get submitted, and one is for your records or for getting bids.

For most projects, the performance approach (a computer model) is the best approach.

For most additions, the "existing + addition + alteration" approach is the best approach (it allows credit for improvements to the existing building without requiring the building to be brought up to the current code requirements). The price is based on the conditioned floor area after the addition is constructed.

2,001 to 3,000 Square Feet    $250

3,001 to 4,000 Square Feet     $300

4,001 to 5,000 Square Feet     $350

5,001 to 6,000 Square Feet     $400

6,001 to 7,000 Square Feet     $450

7,001 Square Feet and Up    Quote

The price includes plan-check corrections for errors. Plan changes are billed hourly, typically ranging from $50 to $75.
