Dee Anne Ross has 20 years of experience with the Energy Code (Title 24). In addition to providing energy calculations to architects, builders, designers and home owners, she also provides technical support for one of the two software programs used by energy consultants throughout California.

Dee Anne Ross is a certified energy plans examiner (this voluntary certification is required when pursuing solar incentives through the utility companies). She has been certified for every energy code since the certification program was established for the 1988 standards. Certification is administered through the California Association of Building Energy Consultants.
